How to use AI to research a job before an interview

Preparing for a job interview involves more than rehearsing common questions. You need to understand the company, the role, its industry, and what the employer expects from the ideal candidate. AI tools can make this research faster and more focused by helping you analyze job descriptions, summarize company information, identify industry trends, and anticipate relevant interview questions. When used carefully and combined with reliable sources, AI can help you walk into your interview informed, confident, and ready to make a strong impression.

1. Start with the job description

Use AI to find out what the employers are really looking for. This should be the first thing you give AI. This allows you to find out which skills and qualifications your employer will pay attention to more during an interview. After that you can compare the requirements with your own experience and learn how you can portray these qualities. 

This helps you to find the specific qualities  your employer is looking for. 

2. Research the company

You have to have something AI can work with. Look through their company website, find out about the services or product, and any recent news. Doing this allows you to work more efficiently with AI before an interview.
