ZitraPay Technologies is a financial technology company focused on B2B cross-border payment infrastructure and liquidity management for businesses in emerging markets. The company is seeking a Business Development Associate to drive corporate and SME client acquisition, expand payment volumes and support growth within Nigeria's financial technology sector.

Responsibilities:

• Lead sales pitches for corporate and SME clients, presenting FX market and liquidity management solutions.
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and outreach through negotiation and contract closure.
• Develop account-based strategies to acquire new corporate clients and strengthen existing relationships.
• Use CRM tools to manage sales pipelines, client documentation and revenue performance.
• Prepare sales proposals and client documentation using Microsoft Office.
• Monitor FX market and competitive trends and provide feedback to the product development team.

Requirements:

• 1 to 5 years of professional experience in FX sales, corporate banking or fintech.
• Proven record of successful client acquisition.
• Strong knowledge of payment rails and cross-border payment mechanisms.
• Knowledge of complex hedging strategies for business clients.
• Existing network within the Nigerian corporate and SME sector.
• Strong negotiation and client relationship management skills.
• Advanced proficiency in CRM platforms and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work effectively within a hybrid work model.

Benefits:

• Salary: NGN 350,000 to NGN 700,000.
