Responsibilities:

• Provide quality customer service and support.
• Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Handle cash and other banking transactions according to approved procedures.
• Respond to customer enquiries and resolve basic service issues.
• Maintain accurate customer and transaction records.
• Support branch operations and other assigned banking activities.
• Follow banking policies and operational procedures.

Requirements:

• Minimum HND with Lower Credit.
• Maximum age of 26 years.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused and professional disposition.
• Good moral character and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced banking environment.
• Must reside within or be able to conveniently commute to the specified Lagos locations.
