Available Positions

Executive Assistant to the CEO:

• Manage the CEO's schedule, appointments, and executive engagements
• Prepare correspondence, reports, and briefing materials
• Track action points and important deadlines
• Handle sensitive information with discretion
• Support internal and external stakeholder communication

Brand Officer:

• Support brand strategy, positioning, and visual identity consistency
• Coordinate branded materials and campaigns
• Work with creative, communications, and programme teams
• Monitor brand perception and audience engagement
• Support events, partnerships, and promotional activities

Research Manager:

• Design and manage research projects on African entrepreneurship
• Analyse data and emerging trends
• Produce reports, briefs, and evidence-based insights
• Support programme and policy development
• Translate complex findings into clear recommendations

Monitoring & Evaluation Officer:

• Support monitoring and evaluation frameworks
• Collect and review programme data, tracking KPIs
• Prepare evaluation reports and programme updates
• Work with programme teams to improve data quality
• Contribute to learning and programme improvement

Communications Executive:

• Prepare press releases, articles, newsletters, and announcements
• Support social media and digital communication
• Develop stories highlighting entrepreneurs and programme impact
• Coordinate media and stakeholder communication
• Support campaigns, events, and public engagements

Requirements

• Relevant professional experience in the chosen field
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent organisational and time-management abilities
• Ability to work collaboratively across teams
