The successful candidate will oversee daily retail station operations, drive profitability, ensure operational efficiency, and maintain compliance with Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) standards.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and evaluate station operations and sales performance
• Analyze daily sales, meter readings, and fuel inventory (dipping)
• Prepare and submit periodic sales reports
• Drive business growth and improve station profitability
• Supervise and develop station supervisors and cashiers
• Coordinate the sale of petroleum products and lubricants
• Collaborate with marketing teams to increase customer patronage
• Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) standards

Requirements

• Relevant academic qualification
• Minimum of 4–8 years of experience in a similar role
• Strong leadership and operational management skills
• Experience in the retail, oil and gas, or related industry is an advantage
