Wema Bank is inviting applications from qualified young graduates for its Bankers-in-Training – Sales Programme 2026. The programme is designed for ambitious graduates who are interested in building careers in banking, sales and business development.

Requirements

Applicants must meet the following criteria:

• Minimum of a Second-Class Upper (2:1) degree in a Sales or Business-related course.
• Must have completed NYSC at the time of application.
• Must be 26 years old or below as at the date of application.
• Must have at least five O'Level credits, including English Language and Mathematics.
• Must demonstrate a strong passion for Sales and Business Development.
• Must be willing to work in the assigned location.
• Must demonstrate the ambition and willingness to build a career in banking.
