Volvo Group Global Graduate Programme 2027 – Applications Now Open

Volvo Group, one of the world’s leading manufacturers of trucks, buses, construction equipment and marine and industrial engines, is recruiting graduates for its 2027 Global Graduate Programme. This is a 15-month structured programme combining 50% time in a home department with 50% dedicated programme activities, giving participants broad exposure across Volvo Group’s operations worldwide. Selected graduates will tackle real business challenges from day one, participate in local and international rotations, short-term assignments and targeted training across operations, engineering and purchasing, while building a deep understanding of Volvo Group’s business, brands and transformation strategy. Roles are primarily based in Sweden with openings across engineering, digital transformation, purchasing and data analytics. Application deadline is 22 November 2026.

• Recently completed or completing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Business, Data Science, Supply Chain, Digitalization or a related field relevant to the role applied for
