Union Bank Tech Bootcamp Programme 2026 – Applications Now Open

Union Bank of Nigeria is inviting applications from qualified graduates for its 2026 Tech Bootcamp Programme, designed to provide participants with technical training, soft skills development and practical on-the-job experience.

The Union Bank Tech Bootcamp Programme is designed to equip graduates with relevant technical and soft skills while providing practical workplace experience. Participants will receive training and exposure to different aspects of the business through structured learning and on-the-job experience.

Requirements

Applicants must meet the following requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Numerical Sciences or a related field, or a relevant professional IT certification.
• Minimum of Second Class Lower (2:2) from a recognised university, or an HND with at least Lower Credit.
• Minimum of five O'Level credits, including English Language and Mathematics, obtained in no more than two sittings.
• Must not be older than 27 years at the time of application.
• Must have an NYSC discharge certificate or certificate of exemption.

The programme is suitable for graduates who want to develop technical skills, gain practical workplace experience and build a career in technology within the banking sector.
