Union Bank of Nigeria is recruiting young graduates into two structured programmes for 2026: the Management Trainee Programme for those looking to build careers across banking and financial services, and the Tech Bootcamp for graduates with strong technology, engineering, or computing backgrounds who want to work at the intersection of technology and banking. Both programmes combine structured learning across eight specialised academies, practical on-the-job experience, and leadership development within one of Nigeria's most established financial institutions. If you've completed your NYSC and are 27 or younger, one of these two tracks is worth pursuing before the 28th August deadline.

Available Programmes

1. Management Trainee Programme

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree from a recognised university with minimum Second Class Lower, or HND with at least Lower Credit
• Minimum 5 O'Level credits including English Language and Mathematics in not more than 2 sittings
• Not older than 27 years at the time of application
• Must have completed NYSC or possess a certificate of exemption

2. Tech Bootcamp

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Numerical Sciences, or a related discipline; or a relevant professional IT certification
• Minimum Second Class Lower from a recognised university, or HND with at least Lower Credit
• Minimum 5 O'Level credits including English Language and Mathematics in not more than 2 sittings
• Not older than 27 years at the time of application
• Must have completed NYSC or possess a certificate of exemption
