Accountant

• Maintain accurate financial records and ledgers
• Prepare financial statements and management reports
• Manage accounts payable and receivable
• Perform bank reconciliations and financial analysis
• Support budgeting, forecasting and cash-flow management
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and tax requirements
• Support audits and provide required financial documentation
• Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field | 3-5 years relevant accounting experience | ICAN/ACCA qualification or progress toward certification is an advantage | Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
• Salary: ₦400,000 - ₦500,000/month

Social Media Executive

• Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement
• Create, curate, and schedule engaging content across platforms including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, X, and LinkedIn
• Manage day-to-day posting, community engagement, and response to comments and messages
• Plan and execute paid social media advertising campaigns
• Track and analyse performance metrics and prepare regular reports
• Coordinate influencer partnerships and user-generated content campaigns
• Ensure brand consistency in tone, visuals, and messaging across all channels
• Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Mass Communication or related field | 2-4 years experience managing social media accounts for a brand | Experience with Canva, CapCut, Adobe Suite and social media scheduling tools

Head of Bakery and Pizza

• Oversee day-to-day operations of all bakery and pizza outlets
• Develop and maintain recipes, product quality standards, and menu innovation
• Manage production planning, inventory, and stock control
• Ensure strict compliance with food safety, hygiene, and quality assurance standards
• Recruit, train, and supervise bakers, pizza chefs, and outlet staff
• Monitor sales performance, costs, and profitability of each outlet
• Liaise with suppliers to negotiate prices and ensure timely delivery of ingredients
• Requirements: Degree or Diploma in Culinary Arts, Food Science, Hospitality Management or related field | 5-7 years experience in bakery/pizza or food production management | At least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role

Apartment Manager

• Oversee daily operations of the apartment complex including leasing, maintenance, and tenant relations
• Market and advertise vacant units to maintain high occupancy rates
• Screen prospective tenants, prepare lease agreements, and manage move-in/move-out processes
• Collect rent and follow up on outstanding payments
• Coordinate routine maintenance, repairs, and inspections
• Manage the property budget, control expenses, and prepare monthly reports
• Requirements: Bachelor's degree or HND in Estate Management, Business Administration or related field | 3-5 years experience in property, apartment or facility management | Knowledge of tenancy laws and property management best practices

Head of Business Development

• Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy aligned with company goals
• Identify, evaluate, and pursue new revenue streams, partnerships, and investment opportunities
• Lead negotiations for new contracts, leases, franchises, and strategic alliances
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, investors, vendors, and stakeholders
• Prepare business proposals, pitch decks, and financial projections for new ventures
• Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics or related field (MBA an advantage) | 7-10 years experience in business development, sales or strategic partnerships | At least 3 years in a leadership role | Experience in retail, hospitality or food and beverage sectors is highly desirable
