Transborder Logistics Limited is a Nigerian-owned supply chain and logistics company providing logistics, distribution, procurement, warehousing, courier and programme implementation services. The company is recruiting professionals for multiple positions, with several roles supporting the Strengthening Integrated Commodity Distribution Systems in Four Nigerian States (SICDS-4) project.

Responsibilities

Project Lead

• Provide senior leadership for assigned programmes, projects and operational initiatives.
• Support the SICDS-4 assignment across Lagos, Nasarawa, Katsina and Niger States.
• Provide strategic support for integrated last-mile distribution activities in Kano and Kaduna.

State Lead / Supply Chain Specialist

• Lead state-level programmes and operations.
• Manage supply-chain activities, commodity distribution, replenishment and inventory coordination.
• Coordinate stakeholders and field teams.
• Monitor operational performance and last-mile logistics activities.

Logistics Support Officer

• Coordinate daily logistics and distribution activities.
• Manage dispatch and delivery coordination.
• Track proof of delivery and resolve operational exceptions.
• Maintain operational records and prepare reports.

Fleet Manager

• Manage TBL vehicles, drivers and contracted transport resources.
• Oversee fleet planning, vehicle scheduling and preventive maintenance.
• Manage drivers and transport providers.
• Monitor fleet safety, fuel control and vehicle utilisation.
• Handle third-party transport arrangements, reporting and risk management.

Project Driver

• Provide safe and reliable transportation for project personnel, commodities and authorised movements.
• Support transportation activities within the assigned state.
• Conduct basic vehicle checks and report mechanical faults.

Requirements

Project Lead

• Master's degree or relevant postgraduate qualification in Business Administration, Management, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Public Health, Development Studies or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of progressively responsible experience in programme, project, operations, logistics, supply chain or related management roles.
• Experience managing complex assignments involving multiple stakeholders, teams, locations, budgets and delivery requirements.
• Strong experience in operational planning, performance management, financial oversight, risk management and contract or client management.
• Experience working with government institutions, development partners, corporate clients or senior stakeholders.

State Lead / Supply Chain Specialist

• University degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Pharmacy, Medicine, Public Health, Health Administration, Business Administration or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 8 years of progressively responsible experience in supply-chain management, logistics, programme implementation, operations or a related field.
• Experience coordinating multi-stakeholder operations and geographically dispersed teams.
• Strong knowledge of supply-chain operations, distribution, replenishment, inventory management and/or last-mile logistics.
• Experience working with government institutions, clients, service providers or development partners.

Logistics Support Officer

• University degree or HND in Logistics and Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Transport Management, Public Health or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in logistics, distribution, supply-chain coordination, transport/logistics services or related field operations.
• Experience in distribution planning, dispatch coordination, route planning and delivery follow-up.
• Experience coordinating operational stakeholders and service providers.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and logistics, inventory or supply-chain information systems.

Fleet Manager

• Bachelor's degree or HND in Transport Management, Logistics and Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in fleet management, transport operations, logistics or field-based programme operations.
• Valid Nigerian Driver's Licence and ability to operate project vehicles safely.
• Experience managing vehicles, drivers, transport providers, maintenance schedules and fleet operations.
• Knowledge of vehicle maintenance, fleet scheduling, utilisation, fuel management and transport safety.

Project Driver

• Minimum of SSCE/WAEC/NECO or equivalent.
• Valid Nigerian Driver's Licence appropriate for the assigned vehicle category.
• Minimum of 3 years of professional driving experience.
• Experience driving safely in urban, rural and inter-state environments.
• Basic knowledge of vehicle checks, routine vehicle care and reporting mechanical faults.
• Punctuality, reliability, discretion and professional conduct.
• Previous experience with development programmes, public health projects, logistics or field operations is an advantage.
