Thels Impact Consulting (TIC) is inviting applications from fresh graduates and NYSC members for its 2026 Internship Programme. The opportunity is designed to provide participants with practical workplace experience while contributing to projects focused on improving higher education in Nigeria.

The six month internship is fully remote and provides exposure to areas including technology, product management, programme management, research, data, marketing and human resources.

• Backend Developer Intern
• Product Management Intern

• Data Analysis Intern
• QA Tester Intern

Applicants are encouraged to select a role that matches their skills, academic background, interests or relevant self taught experience.

Responsibility

Intern responsibilities will depend on the selected role and may include:

• Contribute to real projects and assigned organisational activities.
• Apply relevant technical or professional skills to project work.
• Support research, data analysis and programme activities where applicable.
• Assist with technology, product development or quality assurance tasks depending on the role.
• Support marketing and human resources activities where required.
• Collaborate with team members in a remote working environment.
• Complete assigned tasks and project deliverables within agreed timelines.
• Participate in team discussions and other programme activities.
• Contribute ideas and practical solutions to assigned projects.
• Develop a better understanding of professional project delivery and workplace collaboration.

Requirements

• Fresh graduate or NYSC member, including those currently in NYSC camp or preparing for deployment.
• Relevant skills, academic knowledge or self taught experience related to the preferred internship role.
• Interest in higher education and social impact projects.
• Ability to work effectively in a remote team.
• Access to a laptop, phone or tablet for assigned tasks.
• Availability to commit to the six month internship programme.
• Willingness to learn, collaborate and take responsibility for assigned tasks.
