Sydani SUSTAIN Agribusiness Training Programme 2026 – Applications Now Open

SUSTAIN, meaning Strengthening Underlying Systems and TVETs for Agribusiness Innovation in Nigeria, is an agribusiness skills-development initiative led by Sydani under the Team Europe Initiative's Opportunity-driven Skills and Vocational Education and Training in Africa programme. The programme provides practical training in agribusiness management, digital agribusiness, data analytics, value-chain development, innovation and entrepreneurship, with certification, job placement support and a soft-grant pathway available at different levels.

Responsibilities:

• Complete structured training in relevant agribusiness skills.
• Develop knowledge of agribusiness management and value-chain development.
• Build practical skills in digital agribusiness, e-commerce and data analytics.
• Progress through the training pathway based on eligibility and completed levels.
• Develop business planning, costing, pricing and negotiation skills at the entrepreneurship level.
• Apply acquired knowledge to career development or agribusiness venture development.
