Sydani Group is offering its 2027 Fellowship Programme to exceptional young graduates interested in management consulting, leadership, and solving real-world problems. The programme is designed to accelerate professional growth through hands-on learning, personalised mentorship, and practical exposure to consulting challenges — with a monthly stipend throughout. Open to graduates from diverse academic backgrounds, the fellowship is a strong entry point into the consulting and professional development space for First Class and Second Class Upper graduates, as well as those with a Second Class Lower or Third Class who have gone on to complete a Master's degree.

Requirements

• Graduate of a recognised university
• First Class or Second Class Upper Division degree; OR Second Class Lower or Third Class with a Master's degree at the time of application
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organisational and multitasking skills
