Responsibilities

• Execute recurring administrative tasks to keep recruitment operations running with 100% data accuracy across trackers and documentation
• Facilitate the candidate screening process including CV longlisting and interview scheduling
• Provide professional and timely communication to ensure a world-class candidate experience
• Maintain the candidate database (ATS), keeping all applicant statuses current and extracting data for weekly reporting
• Assist in identifying bottlenecks in the recruitment flow and support rollout of new tools and process updates
• Manage logistics for interview panels including briefing interviewers and candidates
• Contribute to ad-hoc projects and provide operational support to the team

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in any relevant field
• 6 months to 1 year of recruitment or HR experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment
