This intensive two-year, full-time programme is designed to develop high-potential engineering graduates into future leaders through structured learning, hands-on experience, and exposure to Tenaris' global operations and industrial processes.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality assurance for end products by analyzing manufacturing process performance
• Design and improve manufacturing processes to achieve stable, defect-free production
• Optimize production processes using technological insights, benchmarking, and research activities
• Provide technical support for new process and production projects
• Monitor product quality and implement corrective action plans where necessary
• Support cost optimization by improving the use of production resources
• Verify machinery and equipment performance to ensure manufacturing efficiency
• Promote energy-saving initiatives during process development
• Comply with Tenaris policies, procedures, and applicable regulations
• Safeguard company facilities, equipment, and assigned resources

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering with a minimum of Second Class Upper (2:1)
• NYSC completion is mandatory
• Strong process improvement mindset
• Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Microsoft Excel and Power BI
• Knowledge of line pipe coating is an added advantage
