Responsibilities

Senior Automation Specialist (Central Engineering)

• Provide advanced automation support across manufacturing plants
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex automation and control system failures
• Improve automation system reliability
• Lead the servo motor repair programme
• Coordinate industrial 3D printing initiatives for engineering spare parts
• Drive preventive and predictive maintenance activities
• Support automation standardization and modernization
• Develop technical documentation and troubleshooting guides
• Collaborate with Plant Engineering, Production, Procurement, and OEMs

Safety Specialist

• Monitor factory operations to ensure compliance with safety standards
• Conduct inspections of machinery and high-risk work areas
• Enforce the use of personal protective equipment (PPE)
• Audit Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) and Permit-to-Work (PTW) compliance
• Investigate incidents and conduct root cause analysis
• Lead emergency response during fires or chemical spills
• Conduct daily safety briefings
• Maintain accident and inspection records
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

Requirements

Senior Automation Specialist (Central Engineering)

• Bachelor's Degree or HND in Electrical, Electronic, Mechatronics Engineering, or related discipline
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in industrial automation within FMCG, manufacturing, food & beverage, or process industries
• Strong knowledge of PLCs, HMI, SCADA, industrial networks, motion control, and servo systems
• Experience with Siemens, Rockwell, Schneider Electric, ABB, Danfoss, SEW, Lenze, or similar platforms
• Excellent troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills
• Experience with SAP, servo motor repairs, predictive maintenance, industrial 3D printing, or bottling technology is an advantage

Safety Specialist

• B.Sc. or HND in Engineering, Sciences, or related discipline
• Registered ISPON member and HSE Level 3 certification or equivalent is an advantage
• 1–3 years of safety experience in a manufacturing environment
• Experience around industrial machinery, conveyors, and forklifts
• Knowledge of hazard identification, risk management, and regulatory compliance
• Experience conducting safety inspections and incident investigations
• Strong communication, IT, and stakeholder management skills
