Job Description

Sheraton Hotels & Resorts, part of Marriott International, one of the world's largest hospitality groups — is accepting applications for two Graduate Voyage Programme tracks and a senior sales role in Lagos. The Voyage Programme is Marriott's elite, award-winning global leadership development initiative running across 50+ countries. It's a paid, full-time programme lasting 12–18 months, designed to fast-track recent graduates into hotel leadership roles. Available Positions

Voyage Programme – Culinary (September 2026):

  • Hands-on culinary training at a Marriott-managed hotel in Nigeria
  • Mini-rotations across hotel functions, mentorship from senior leaders
  • 12–18 months, full-time and paid
  • Requirements: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent (Associate's Degree accepted for Culinary) — received within the last 24 months; Nigerian work authorization; strong critical thinking and interpersonal skills; self-starter mindset

Voyage Programme – Finance (September 2026):

  • Hands-on accounting and finance training at a Marriott hotel
  • Exposure to hotel financial operations, project management, and leadership
  • 12–18 months, full-time and paid
  • Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field — received within the last 24 months; Nigerian work authorization; strong analytical and communication skills

Account Sales Manager – Sheraton Lagos Hotel:

  • Proactively manage group and catering sales opportunities
  • Negotiate contracts, close business, and grow account share
  • Deliver exceptional customer service throughout event and group bookings
  • Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Requirements: High school diploma with 2 years sales/hospitality experience OR 2-year degree in Business, Marketing, or Hotel Management
