Responsibilities:

• Complete assigned training and operational tasks according to established procedures.
• Analyse existing systems and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Prepare reports and presentations for managers.
• Participate in rotations across Customer Experience, Supply Chain Operations and Commercial.
• Complete classroom training, assessments and practical assignments during the programme.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• 1-3 years of structured work experience, including NYSC experience.
• Strong numerical, logical and critical-thinking abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong research ability, willingness to learn and a strong sense of urgency.
