Qatar Airways is recruiting a Senior Airport Services Agent to join its Ground Services team in Port Harcourt, Nigeria. This opportunity is ideal for customer-focused aviation professionals with airport operations experience who are passionate about delivering exceptional passenger service while maintaining the airline's operational and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality passenger services during check-in, boarding, baggage handling, and special assistance.
• Liaise with check-in, transfer desk, and Airport Services Supervisors to ensure smooth passenger processing.
• Escort arriving and departing passengers to designated airport facilities.
• Assist with the handling of company materials and operational records.
• Coordinate with the Ground Handling Agent (GHA) for efficient passenger processing.
• Support passengers with visa, entry, and residence permit enquiries.
• Ensure passengers are assisted efficiently throughout airport facilities.
• Perform other operational duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of airport operations experience with a leading airline.
• Experience in customer service.
• High energy with a positive attitude.
• Knowledge of Departure Control Systems (DCS) and ticketing is an advantage.
• Good knowledge of Amadeus is strongly preferred.
• Ability to work shift schedules.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Must have the legal right to live and work in Nigeria.
