Assurance Associate

• Support assurance engagements and contribute to quality client deliverables.
• Gather and analyse information from different sources to identify facts and patterns.

• Apply relevant professional and technical standards while maintaining PwC's ethical and independence requirements.
• Communicate clearly, listen actively and respond constructively to feedback.

Assurance Senior Associate

• Work within external audit teams to address complex business and client issues.
• Review work for accuracy, quality and relevance.
• Analyse industry and sector trends using appropriate tools and techniques.
• Apply critical thinking to structured and unstructured business problems.
• Delegate tasks, coach team members and support their development.
• Build and maintain strong professional relationships with clients and colleagues.
• Communicate effectively when influencing stakeholders and resolving engagement issues.
• Uphold professional ethics and business conduct.

Requirements:

Assurance Associate

• BA/BSc/HND qualification.
• Strong willingness to learn and take ownership of professional development.
• Ability to gather, analyse and interpret information.
• Good communication, listening and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with different teams and clients.
• Understanding of business operations and commercial awareness.
• Ability to learn and apply professional and technical standards.
• Commitment to PwC's code of conduct and independence requirements.

Assurance Senior Associate

• BA/BSc/HND qualification.
• 3-5 years of professional experience in external audit within a consulting or audit firm, particularly in financial services.
• ACA/ACCA or equivalent qualification preferred.
• Strong knowledge of relevant International Financial Reporting Standards.
• Understanding of regulatory requirements applicable to financial services.
• Strong client relationship and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple commitments and work effectively under tight deadlines.
• Ability to review work for quality, accuracy and relevance.
• Strong teamwork, delegation and coaching abilities.
• Ability to develop ideas and propose solutions to business problems.
• Desire for continuous professional improvement.
