Responsibilities

• POS Officers: oversee transaction processes and support merchants at point-of-sale level
• Business Development (KA-BD & MM-BD): acquire, onboard, and manage key accounts and merchant relationships
• Market Officers: execute field activities and drive product/service adoption in assigned locations
• Customer & Merchant Support Officers: handle inquiries, resolve issues, and deliver quality service experiences
• Direct Sales Manager: lead field sales teams, drive performance, and ensure achievement of business targets

Requirements

• Minimum qualification: SSCE, OND, HND, Bachelor's Degree, or Master's Degree
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
