Responsibilities

Business Development Officers

• Drive business development and customer acquisition activities.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Promote fintech and financial products to prospective customers.
• Conduct field sales activities and work towards assigned targets.
• Support growth across Open Market, Open Factoring, and Open Credit.

Wealth Management Officers

• Generate and mobilise deposits.
• Build and manage relationships with clients.
• Identify opportunities for wealth management and financial products.
• Drive business development within assigned markets.
• Ensure compliance with applicable KYC and AML requirements.

Drivers

• Provide safe and reliable transportation services.
• Maintain punctuality and professionalism.
• Follow road safety and traffic regulations.
• Maintain and care for assigned vehicles.
• Navigate local road networks efficiently.

Requirements

Business Development Officers

• Bachelor's Degree or HND.
• 1-3 years' experience in fintech, banking, sales, or business development.
• Fresh graduates with strong sales skills are encouraged to apply.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Target-driven and comfortable with field sales.
• Knowledge of digital payments, POS, or fintech products is an advantage.
• Must reside in or be willing to relocate to the preferred location.

Wealth Management Officers

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Banking & Finance, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
• 2-5 years' experience in wealth management, liability generation, or business development within a financial institution.
• Proven ability to mobilise deposits and build client relationships.
• Strong sales, negotiation, and networking skills.
• Understanding of KYC/AML compliance and financial products.

Drivers

• Minimum of SSCE qualification.
• Valid Nigerian driver's licence with a clean driving record.
• At least 3 years' experience as a corporate or professional driver.
• Good knowledge of road networks, traffic regulations, and vehicle maintenance.
• Punctual, professional, dependable, and committed to safe driving.
