NOVA Bank Graduate Trainee Programme 2027 – Apply Now

NOVA Bank is recruiting young graduates for its 2027 NOVA Graduate Trainee Programme (NGTP'27), a one-year intensive world-class training programme combining structured classroom learning, hands-on banking experience and direct mentorship from NOVA's top executives.

Selected trainees will work on impactful projects, explore customer-centric banking solutions and develop a deep understanding of NOVA's innovative approach to banking across digital services, technology and strategy. Open to graduates with a minimum of Second Class Upper division who have completed NYSC and are not older than 27. Application closes 15 October 2026.

NOVA Bank Graduate Trainee Programme 2027 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from a reputable university with a minimum of Second Class Upper (2:1) or First Class
• Must have completed NYSC with a valid discharge or exemption certificate
• Must not be older than 27 years of age
• Must be following NOVA Bank across all social media platforms before applying
