Nondera Energy Services Limited, an ISO 9001:2015 certified indigenous oilfield services and engineering company founded in 2015 and headquartered in Lekki Phase 1, Lagos, is recruiting an Electrical Engineering graduate currently undertaking or eligible for the NYSC programme.

The company provides integrated energy infrastructure solutions spanning telecommunications, engineering procurement, technical assistance and drilling operations. This is a hands-on technical internship role for a bright, analytical and technically inclined graduate with a background in Electrical Engineering and practical knowledge in computer architecture and programming. Application deadline is 30 October 2026.

Nondera Energy Services NYSC Graduate Trainee Responsibilities

• Assist with electrical engineering projects, technical assessments and troubleshooting activities
• Assist in identifying technical faults and implementing appropriate solutions
• Assist with computer hardware configuration, diagnostics, troubleshooting and maintenance
• Support basic system setup, testing and maintenance
• Apply basic programming knowledge to technical tasks, automation and problem-solving activities
• Prepare reports, presentations and technical documentation as required
• Work with relevant programming languages and development tools including Python, C/C++, Java or other applicable technologies
• Carry out other technical and administrative duties as assigned

Requirements for the Nondera Energy Services NYSC Graduate Trainee Programme

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field from a recognised university
• Minimum of Second Class Lower Division (2:2)
• Must have undertaken coursework or demonstrated knowledge in Computer Architecture and Programming
• Must be an eligible NYSC corps member available for the required service period
• 0 to 2 years of relevant experience (previous internship, IT, or industrial training is an advantage)
• Practical knowledge of Python, C, C++, Java or similar programming languages
• Excellent skills in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Good communication and documentation skills
• Must reside in Lagos
