Job Description

Nobzo Verse Limited is a Nigerian property-technology company building a technology-driven ecosystem for rental, lease and property purchase opportunities. The company is currently recruiting across data, operations, customer support, relationship management, finance, software testing, legal, business development and digital content roles. The vacancies are listed as full-time remote opportunities, with some positions requiring candidates to reside in or be indigenes of Ibadan.

Responsibilities:

Data Analyst

  • Collect, analyse and interpret field, sales, operational and customer data.
  • Prepare reports, track KPIs and develop dashboards to support business decisions.
  • Identify trends, performance gaps and opportunities for improvement.
  • Work with Business Development, Operations, Relationship Management and Leadership teams.

Operations Manager

  • Coordinate business development, relationship management, customer support, data and quality assurance functions.
  • Plan operations, monitor performance and allocate resources effectively.
  • Improve processes, escalate issues and coordinate activities across teams.
  • Translate organisational objectives into consistent day-to-day execution.

Customer Support Specialist

  • Handle customer enquiries, complaints, onboarding and issue resolution.
  • Support customers through phone, chat, email and in-person channels.
  • Work with Relationship Managers and Operations to resolve customer issues.
  • Maintain support records and identify recurring service challenges.

Relationship Manager II

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of customers, agents and partners.
  • Drive customer acquisition, relationship development, retention and account growth.
  • Conduct field engagement and resolve customer issues.
  • Provide guidance to junior Relationship Managers and maintain accurate CRM records.

Accountant

  • Manage day-to-day financial operations and maintain accurate financial records.
  • Prepare financial reports and handle reconciliations and payments.
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, payroll and audit coordination.
  • Maintain financial controls and ensure compliance with Nigerian tax and regulatory requirements.

Software Tester

  • Test software features and identify, document and track defects.
  • Validate fixes and support functional, regression, integration, usability and exploratory testing.
  • Work with development and operations teams to maintain product quality.
  • Help identify issues before and after software deployment.

Legal Officer I

  • Draft, review and support negotiation of contracts, MOUs and other legal documents.
  • Conduct legal research and provide advisory support.
  • Monitor legal and regulatory compliance.
  • Maintain corporate records, contracts and compliance documentation.
  • Support due diligence, dispute resolution and legal risk assessment.

Relationship Manager I

  • Support customer and agent acquisition within an assigned Ibadan territory.
  • Assist with relationship management, field engagement and onboarding.
  • Maintain accurate records and submit activity reports.
  • Work under the guidance of senior Relationship Management and Business Development personnel.

Business Development Manager (BDM)

  • Lead market expansion and business development activities across Ibadan.
  • Develop NOBZO's customer and partner network.
  • Lead the Relationship Management team towards acquisition, revenue and retention objectives.
  • Manage territory planning, partnerships, stakeholder engagement and field performance.

Meme Curator

  • Monitor TikTok, Instagram, X, Facebook and other platforms for emerging trends and memes.
  • Identify content relevant to NOBZO's property, lifestyle and target audience.
  • Develop ways to adapt suitable trends to the brand.
  • Maintain a structured content bank and collaborate with creative teams.
  • Submit trend updates and ensure content follows the company's review process.

Legal Officer II

  • Provide legal support across corporate, commercial, regulatory, contractual, employment, data protection and compliance matters.
  • Draft and negotiate commercial agreements.
  • Advise Management on legal and regulatory risks.
  • Support corporate governance, compliance frameworks, partnerships and business expansion.

Requirements:

Data Analyst

  • Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Data Science, Business Analytics, Information Systems or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of relevant analytical experience.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Experience with Power BI, Tableau, Google Data Studio or similar tools.
  • Working knowledge of SQL and database management.
  • Strong analytical, reporting and communication skills.

Operations Manager

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Management Sciences or a related discipline.
  • 5-7 years of relevant experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial capacity.
  • Experience managing cross-functional teams.
  • Strong operational planning, process improvement and performance management skills.
  • Must reside in or be an indigene of Ibadan, Oyo State.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace and operational reporting tools.

Customer Support Specialist

  • OND, HND or Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
  • 1-3 years of customer service or support experience.
  • Must reside in or be an indigene of Ibadan, Oyo State.
  • Strong communication, empathy, patience and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM or customer-support tools.
  • Fluency in Yoruba is an advantage.

Relationship Manager II

  • Bachelor's degree or HND in Business, Marketing, Social Sciences or a related discipline.
  • 1-3 years of relevant experience in relationship management, field sales or account management.
  • Experience managing clients, agents, merchants or partners is preferred.
  • Must reside in or be an indigene of Ibadan, Oyo State.
  • Strong relationship-building, reporting and CRM skills.

Accountant

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline.
  • 3-5 years of professional accounting experience.
  • ICAN, ACCA or equivalent certification is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of Nigerian accounting standards, taxation and statutory compliance.
  • Experience with accounting software, Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Strong financial reporting, reconciliation, budgeting and forecasting skills.

Software Tester

  • Bachelor's degree, HND or equivalent in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of software testing or quality assurance experience.
  • Knowledge of functional, regression, integration, usability and exploratory testing.
  • Familiarity with bug-tracking, test-management and API testing tools.
  • Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking and communication skills.

Legal Officer I

  • LL.B and B.L with qualification as a Nigerian legal practitioner.
  • 1-3 years of post-call experience.
  • Experience in corporate/commercial law, contracts, legal research or related areas.
  • Knowledge of Nigerian corporate, labour, regulatory and data protection laws.
  • Strong drafting, research, analytical and communication skills.

Relationship Manager I

  • Bachelor's degree, HND or OND in a relevant discipline.
  • 0-2 years of experience in sales, customer service, relationship management or field roles.
  • Entry-level candidates with strong potential are encouraged to apply.
  • Must reside in or be an indigene of Ibadan, Oyo State.
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
  • Comfortable using CRM platforms and field applications.

Business Development Manager (BDM)

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Social Sciences or a related discipline.
  • 4-6 years of relevant business development, field sales or territory management experience.
  • Experience leading or supervising a sales, business development or relationship management team.
  • Demonstrated experience achieving acquisition, revenue or growth targets.
  • Must reside in or be an indigene of Ibadan, Oyo State.
  • CRM and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace proficiency required.

Meme Curator

  • 0-2 years of relevant social media, content creation, digital media or community management experience.
  • Strong understanding of Nigerian internet culture and social media trends.
  • Familiarity with TikTok, Instagram, X and Facebook.
  • Ability to identify emerging trends and adapt them into brand-relevant concepts.
  • Candidates with strong personal or portfolio experience may apply without formal professional experience.

Legal Officer II

  • LL.B and B.L with qualification as a Nigerian legal practitioner.
  • 3-6 years of post-call professional experience.
  • Experience in corporate and commercial law.
  • Knowledge of Nigerian corporate, labour and data protection law.
  • Experience drafting and negotiating commercial contracts.
  • Strong legal research, drafting, negotiation and strategic reasoning skills.
