Nigerian Foundries Limited is a ferrous foundry and engineering company operating manufacturing facilities in Lagos and Ogun State. Its 18-month Graduate Trainee Programme offers fresh graduates structured training and practical experience across engineering, manufacturing and commercial functions.

Available Positions:

• Graduate Trainee Programme (Production Engineer)
• Graduate Trainee Programme (Sales Engineer)
• Graduate Trainee Programme (Sales and Marketing)
• Graduate Trainee Programme (Design Engineer)

Responsibilities:

Production Engineer, Sales Engineer and Design Engineer

• Participate in structured training and departmental rotations.
• Develop practical knowledge of foundry operations, machining, fabrication, engineering design and 3D printing.
• Support activities and projects related to the assigned engineering specialty.
• Learn from experienced professionals and contribute to manufacturing operations.

Sales and Marketing

• Participate in training and rotations across relevant commercial functions.
• Support sales and marketing activities related to the company's engineering and manufacturing products.
• Develop practical knowledge of technical sales and commercial operations.

Requirements:

Production Engineer, Sales Engineer and Design Engineer

• B.Sc., B.Eng. or HND in Mechanical, Electrical/Electronics, Chemical, Metallurgical/Materials Engineering or a related discipline.
• CAD proficiency is mandatory, including SolidWorks, Fusion 360 or AutoCAD.
• Must be aged 27 or younger.
• Fresh graduates and candidates with 0-2 years of experience are eligible.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

Sales and Marketing

• B.Sc. or HND in Marketing or any Social Science discipline.
• Engineering graduates interested in technical sales may apply.
• Must be aged 27 or younger.
• Fresh graduates and candidates with 0-2 years of experience are eligible.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

Selection Process:

• IQ test.
• Personality assessment.

• CAD test for engineering candidates.
• Communication and expression assessment involving a research-based scenario.
