Miva Open University, a Pan-African distance e-learning university and subsidiary of the uLesson Group, is recruiting qualified candidates for multiple Full-Time Lecturer positions across several academic disciplines. Successful candidates will contribute to teaching, research, student engagement, academic development and university activities within their respective fields.

Responsibilities

• Deliver undergraduate and/or graduate courses within the relevant discipline.
• Develop and maintain course materials, syllabi, lecture notes and assignments.
• Create an engaging and inclusive learning environment.
• Provide academic advising and mentorship to students.
• Conduct research and contribute to scholarly publications.
• Collaborate with colleagues and students on research projects.
• Participate in departmental and university service activities.
• Contribute to academic committees, policies and programme development.
• Support student recruitment and outreach activities.
• Keep teaching methods and course content updated with emerging technologies and industry trends.

• Nursing applicants must possess a PhD in Nursing from an accredited institution.
• Nursing applicants must have an RN certificate licensed by the Nursing and Midwifery Council of Nigeria (NMCN).
• Nursing applicants should have undergraduate or graduate teaching experience, industry experience, research publications, and familiarity with modern pedagogical techniques and educational technology.

• Salary of N1,200,000 - N1,500,000 per month
