Metrics & Mind Consulting is building a nationwide database of skilled enumerators and data collectors to support future research, monitoring, evaluation and field data collection assignments across Nigeria. Individuals with relevant field experience can submit their details to be considered for suitable future assignments.

Responsibilities:

• Participate in field data collection assignments when selected.
• Conduct surveys, interviews and other assigned data collection activities.
• Follow project-specific data collection procedures and guidelines.
• Accurately record and submit information gathered during field activities.
• Work within assigned locations and communities as required.
• Maintain the quality and accuracy of collected data.
• Report field challenges or issues to the relevant project team.
• Follow assigned timelines and project instructions.
• Maintain confidentiality when handling research or respondent information.
• Support research, monitoring and evaluation activities when required.

Requirements:

• Relevant experience as an enumerator or data collector.
• Experience supporting research, surveys, monitoring or evaluation activities is an advantage.
• Applicants must provide their state of residence.
• Applicants must provide their Local Government Area (LGA).
• Applicants should provide details of relevant previous experience.
• Ability to follow fieldwork instructions and data collection procedures.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy when collecting information.
