Responsibilities

• Track vendor performance against agreed KPIs and Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
• Collect, validate, and analyze vendor performance data
• Support weekly and monthly vendor performance review meetings
• Prepare vendor scorecards, dashboards, and performance reports
• Monitor daily transport and logistics vendor activities
• Follow up on operational issues, delays, and corrective actions
• Maintain vendor action logs and continuous improvement plans
• Support vendor onboarding, qualification, and compliance documentation
• Generate KPI reports: On-Time Delivery, Transit Time Compliance, Safety, Claims, Capacity Utilization, and Cost Performance
• Attend vendor meetings, prepare minutes, and follow up on agreed actions
• Support operational audits and SOP implementation activities
