Responsibilities

• Monitor delivery officers throughout assigned trips to ensure timely deliveries
• Track truck movements using GPS and fleet management systems
• Support resolution of delivery delays, route deviations, and operational disruptions
• Liaise with delivery officers for real-time delivery updates
• Monitor turnaround times and identify process improvement opportunities
• Support preparation of daily fleet status reports and operational dashboards
• Record trip data accurately for performance analysis and decision-making

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or HND in Logistics & Supply Chain Management, Transport Management, Business Administration, or related field
• 0–2 years post-graduation experience
• NYSC completion or exemption certificate
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Willingness to learn and adapt
• Must be able to work in Ikeja, Ota, Aba, or Enugu
