KPMG is recruiting experienced professionals for eight contract opportunities supporting contracting, procurement and supply chain operations for its oil and gas clients. The openings cover contract administration, supplier management, logistics, materials management, purchasing, service entry and supply chain supervision.
Responsibilities:
Contracting Supervisor
- Oversee contract administration activities across assigned contracts.
- Maintain accurate contract documentation, amendments, variations and records.
- Review contract administration outputs prepared by Contracting Officers.
- Supervise and guide Contracting Officers.
- Monitor contractual obligations, risks and compliance requirements.
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, legal, procurement and operational teams.
- Prepare reports on contract status, compliance, variations and outstanding actions.
- Support audits and resolve contract administration issues.
Contracting Officer
- Support contract creation, documentation, amendments and close-out activities.
- Coordinate contract documentation and variation processes.
- Maintain contract records and support compliance requirements.
- Track contract milestones, deliverables, expiry dates and obligations.
- Support tendering, contract award and mobilisation activities.
- Liaise with contractors and internal stakeholders.
- Maintain contract databases and document repositories.
- Prepare contract status reports and escalate issues where necessary.
Supplier & Vendor Management Support Officer
- Coordinate supplier onboarding, qualification and registration.
- Maintain supplier master data and vendor records.
- Monitor supplier documentation, certifications and compliance requirements.
- Support supplier performance reviews and supplier governance activities.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to support supplier service delivery.
- Track supplier issues and support their resolution.
- Generate supplier governance and vendor management reports.
- Support supplier risk management and continuous improvement initiatives.
Inbound Logistics & Coordination Officer
- Coordinate inbound logistics activities and material deliveries.
- Monitor shipment milestones and delivery schedules.
- Maintain logistics tracking records and delivery reports.
- Coordinate shipping and import documentation.
- Track shipments and confirm deliveries.
- Work with warehouse, materials, procurement and operations teams.
- Escalate delivery issues affecting material availability and operational schedules.
- Prepare reports on shipment status, delivery performance and logistics exceptions.
Materials Management & Expediting Officer
- Coordinate materials management and expediting activities.
- Monitor material readiness against operational and project requirements.
- Track purchase orders, supplier commitments and delivery schedules.
- Follow up with suppliers and logistics providers on critical materials.
- Monitor material movements from supplier dispatch through final delivery.
- Identify and escalate supply constraints, shortages and delivery risks.
- Maintain accurate material tracking records and status reports.
- Monitor aged purchase orders and outstanding material actions.
- Prepare material status, expediting and supply risk reports.
Procurement & Purchasing Support Officer
- Execute procurement activities for goods and services.
- Prepare, issue, amend and monitor purchase orders through completion.
- Support RFQs, sourcing activities, supplier evaluations and selection processes.
- Monitor procurement timelines and follow up with suppliers.
- Coordinate with requestors, suppliers and internal stakeholders.
- Maintain procurement documentation and purchasing records.
- Support the resolution of purchase order, supplier and delivery issues.
- Contribute to procurement reporting, spend analysis and process improvement.
Service Entry Review Officer
- Review and process service entry sheets according to established procedures.
- Validate services against approved contracts, purchase orders and supporting documents.
- Verify the completeness and accuracy of service entry submissions.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to resolve discrepancies.
- Monitor processing timelines and ageing transactions.
- Maintain accurate service entry records and supporting documentation.
- Support timely invoice readiness through proper processing of approved service entries.
- Prepare service entry tracking and performance reports.
Supply Chain Supervisor
- Oversee procurement and purchasing activities.
- Lead contracting administration, including documentation, variations and execution support.
- Manage supplier and vendor performance activities.
- Supervise service entry review and validation processes.
- Oversee materials management, expediting and inbound logistics.
- Supervise supply chain personnel across relevant functions.
- Monitor team performance, workload allocation and service delivery.
- Act as the primary escalation point for supply chain execution issues.
- Coordinate stakeholders to minimise operational disruption.
Requirements:
Contracting Supervisor
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Economics, Finance or a related discipline.
- Minimum of Second-Class Lower (2.2).
- 5 to 8 years of experience in contracting, contract administration, procurement or supply chain operations.
- Experience supervising contract administration teams.
- Proficiency in Power BI, Tableau, Excel and ERP/SCM systems.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
- Relevant certifications such as CIPS, CIMA, CFA or Six Sigma are an advantage.
- Experience in oil and gas, energy or large industrial environments is preferred.
Contracting Officer
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Economics, Finance or a related discipline.
- Minimum of Second-Class Lower (2.2).
- 3 to 5 years of experience in contracting, procurement or supply chain operations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP/SCM systems.
- Power BI or similar reporting experience is an advantage.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
- Relevant professional certifications are an advantage.
- Experience in oil and gas, energy or large industrial environments is preferred.
Supplier & Vendor Management Support Officer
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant discipline.
- Minimum of Second-Class Lower (2.2).
- 3 to 5 years of experience in supplier management, procurement, vendor administration or supply chain operations.
- Experience with ERP/SCM systems.
- Procurement analytics or Power BI experience is an advantage.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
- Relevant certifications such as CIPS, CPSM or Six Sigma are an advantage.
- Experience in oil and gas, energy or large industrial environments is preferred.
Inbound Logistics & Coordination Officer
- Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, Finance or a related discipline.

- 3 to 5 years of experience in logistics, supply chain operations or materials coordination.

Supply Chain Supervisor

- 5 to 8 years of experience in procurement, contracting, supply chain operations, logistics or supplier management.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP/SCM systems.
