Julius Berger Nigeria is recruiting a Store Clerk to support inventory, warehouse and stores operations in Abuja. The role is suited to candidates with practical experience in stock control, material movements, documentation and inventory reconciliation. Strong Microsoft Excel skills and familiarity with ERP or warehouse management systems will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Record and track stock and material movements
• Support inventory control and stock reconciliation
• Maintain accurate stores and warehouse documentation
• Handle administrative and record-keeping activities
• Support warehouse and inventory operations
• Use relevant ERP, WMS or inventory management systems where required

Requirements

• Ordinary National Diploma (OND) from a reputable tertiary institution
• At least 2 years of work experience in a reputable and structured organisation
• General administrative experience
• Previous experience in warehouse, stores or inventory operations
• Practical experience with SAP S/4HANA, Inventory Management, ERP or WMS systems is preferred
• Good knowledge of inventory control, stock reconciliation and material movements
• Excellent Microsoft Excel skills
• Strong reporting abilities
• Excellent attention to detail
• Good documentation and record-keeping skills
