This is an entry-level position designed specifically for recent graduates about to begin NYSC — no prior experience required. Responsibilities

• Support client onboarding — tracking progress, maintaining cadence, flagging outstanding items
• Assist with communications and follow-up with clients and partners
• Support portfolio reporting — data pulls, formatting, and first-pass drafts
• Help create and update business collateral — decks, one-pagers, and templates
• Take on defined pieces of business process work with room to grow
• Support management on ad hoc activities as they arise

Requirements

• Recent graduate about to begin NYSC service year
• No prior work experience required — this is your starting point
• Comfortable with Microsoft 365 and picking up new tools quickly
• Genuinely curious about finance and investment operations
• Reliable and responsive with efficient turnaround
• High attention to detail and intellectual curiosity
• Professional and clear in manner with clients and partners
• Familiarity with AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Claude) is an added advantage
