Ignite Energy Access, an Abu Dhabi-based renewable energy leader operating across 12 African countries and serving over 15 million people, is hiring Eighteen (18) Sales Team Leads to support its Mysol Sales team and strengthen customer acquisition, sales performance and agent productivity. The role is focused on building and managing frontline sales teams while driving responsible sales and commercial performance across the assigned territory. Responsibilities:

• Recruit, train and manage a minimum of 20 active sales agents monthly.
• Manage the sales pipeline and promote Mysol products to prospective and existing customers.
• Supervise sales transactions and ensure timely remittance of proceeds.
• Follow up on credit-based sales and collections.
• Implement sales strategies aligned with regional targets.
• Lead field sales activities and drive achievement of sales targets.
• Coach agents on pitching, closing techniques and customer relationship management.
• Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to sales agents.
• Support monthly inventory audits at service centres and POS locations.
• Manage company tools, assets and stakeholder relationships.

Requirements:

• ND, HND or BSc in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
• 1 to 2 years of relevant sales experience.
• Proven solar product sales experience is specifically required.
• Experience in team leadership, recruitment and sales agent management.
• Strong planning, organisation and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in English.
• Must reside in the location of application.
• A car or motorcycle is an added advantage.

Benefits:

• Base salary plus performance-based commission incentives.
• Total monthly compensation of ₦200,000 to ₦600,000.
