IDICE Skills-to-Jobs Programme 2026 – Apply Now

The Federal Government of Nigeria, through the Investment in Digital and Creative Enterprises (iDICE) Programme, is offering the iDICE Skills-to-Jobs Programme 2026 to train 300,000 young Nigerians in industry relevant digital, creative, Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) and workplace skills. The programme is implemented by the Bank of Industry with support from the African Development Bank, Agence Française de Développement and Islamic Development Bank. Application is 100% FREE.

Requirements:

• Must be between 15 and 35 years old.
• Must reside in Nigeria.
• Must have an interest in building a career in the digital or creative economy.
• Must be willing and committed to completing the training programme.
• Persons with disabilities and other vulnerable groups are encouraged to apply.
• Women are encouraged to apply, with at least 40% of beneficiaries targeted to be women.
