Icheel Agro Allied Ltd is expanding its agribusiness team with opportunities in operations and international business development. The available roles support agro-export activities, including commodity procurement, export execution, international buyer relationships and market expansion.

Responsibilities

Operations Officer

• Receive confirmed export orders and prepare execution plans.
• Monitor orders from procurement through shipment.
• Coordinate with suppliers and procurement teams to ensure commodity availability and quality.
• Prepare and verify export documentation, including invoices.
• Liaise with freight forwarders, shipping lines and clearing agents.
• Coordinate inspections and certifications with relevant export agencies.
• Work with operations teams to meet client specifications.
• Maintain quality, compliance and operational efficiency.

Business Development Officer

• Identify and secure international buyers for ginger, hibiscus, sesame and soya beans.
• Manage client relationships from initial contact through repeat orders.
• Conduct market research and develop export strategies for new territories.
• Represent the company at trade fairs, webinars and B2B meetings.
• Build and maintain relationships with international buyers.
• Support growth and expansion in international markets.

Requirements

Operations Officer

• Minimum 1 year of experience in agro-export or international trade.
• Proactive and dependable.
• Ability to manage multiple operational activities with minimal supervision.
• Strong attention to quality and compliance.
• Excellent written and spoken English.

Business Development Officer

• Minimum 2 years of experience in agro-export or international trade.
• Strong negotiation and business development skills.
• Existing international buyer network is a major advantage.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities.
