Hope Payment Service Bank Limited (Hope PSBank) is a digital-first payment service bank focused on inclusive financial solutions and agency banking. The bank is seeking Sales Officers to drive agent acquisition, customer growth and transaction volumes across its locations.

Responsibilities:

• Promote Hope PSBank products and services.
• Identify and market prospective retail markets and clusters.
• Support sales campaigns and cluster activities.
• Drive agents and Agent Managers to achieve targets.
• Recruit, onboard and manage agents.
• Handle agent registration, setup, branding and promotion.
• Resolve customer-related issues.
• Support marketing and promotional activities.
• Liaise between the bank and agents/Agent Managers.
• Perform other duties assigned by the Regional Head.

Requirements:

• First degree in any discipline.
• 2-4 years' experience in Mobile Money, FMCG, Telcos or Aggregators.
• Experience in sales and product distribution.
• Knowledge of retail, products and MSME businesses.
• Knowledge of the agency banking ecosystem.
• Agent network management skills.
• Strong social networking and teamwork skills.
