Heirs Holdings is recruiting high-potential young professionals into its six-month Graduate Trainee Programme, designed to build practical business skills and prepare participants for successful careers across Africa’s private sector. The programme combines a four-week Group Foundation Bootcamp with five months of in-company deployment across participating portfolio companies, with high-performing trainees considered for placement within the Group after completion.

Responsibilities:

• Complete the four-week Group Foundation Bootcamp and develop a strong foundation in business fundamentals.
• Participate in five months of practical, in-company deployment.
• Contribute to real projects across participating Heirs Holdings portfolio companies.
• Apply professional, leadership and business skills in a performance-driven environment.
• Participate in mentorship, leadership development and cross-functional activities.
• Demonstrate strong performance throughout the programme for potential placement within the Group.

Requirements:

• Minimum of a Second Class Lower (2:2) degree.
• Must have completed the NYSC programme.
• Must be a maximum of 27 years old at the time of application.
• Must be willing to complete the six-month programme.
• Strong interest in building a career within Africa’s private sector.
• Ability to learn, collaborate and contribute to real business projects.
