Customer Service & Planning Officer, A&C - Epe
- Process customer orders and maintain accurate order records.
- Coordinate production schedules based on customer demand.
- Work with Logistics teams to organise deliveries and truck allocation.
- Monitor delivery progress and escalate delays or service risks.
- Communicate order and delivery updates to customers.
- Resolve customer enquiries and service complaints.
- Coordinate with Sales teams to fulfil customer commitments.
- Manage delivery documentation and order reconciliation.
- Support billing and invoice validation.
- Track fulfilment performance and prepare planning reports.
Customer Service & Planning Officer, A&C - Port Harcourt
- Manage customer orders and verify order information.
- Coordinate production requirements with Plant Managers and relevant teams.
- Plan delivery schedules and coordinate truck allocation.
- Monitor deliveries and escalate operational issues.
- Act as a key contact for customer order and delivery enquiries.
- Handle complaints and service-related concerns.
- Work with Sales teams to coordinate customer commitments.
- Maintain customer, order and delivery documentation.
- Support invoicing and billing processes.
- Monitor service KPIs and prepare regular performance reports.
Maintenance Training Coordinator
- Identify training needs and competency gaps across maintenance teams.
- Develop, organise and source relevant training programmes.
- Work with subject matter experts on training content.
- Prepare training manuals, handbooks and supporting materials.
- Deliver classroom, virtual and on-the-job training.
- Develop assessments to measure training effectiveness.
- Track training results and report findings to stakeholders.
- Maintain employee training records.
- Coordinate training logistics, facilities and equipment.
- Manage relationships with external training providers.
- Support training budget management.
- Prepare employees for qualification and certification processes.
- Promote safe working practices across training centres.
Corporate Services Manager, North
- Develop and implement regional corporate services plans.
- Improve corporate services policies, systems and procedures.
- Manage vendors, suppliers and property-related activities.
- Ensure facilities meet health and safety standards.
- Monitor service delivery against agreed SLAs and KPIs.
- Analyse service data and prepare management reports.
- Identify service gaps and implement improvement initiatives.
- Oversee housekeeping, cleaning and hygiene standards.
- Coordinate facility, furniture and building maintenance.
- Support accommodation and relocation arrangements.
- Manage the department's budget and expenditure.
- Oversee canteen operations and required hygiene standards.
Mining Engineer, Ewekoro
- Implement quarry safety plans, inspections and safety briefings.
- Coordinate drilling and blasting operations.
- Monitor drilling activities and optimise blasting patterns.
- Supervise production equipment and pre-start checks.
- Inspect blasted patterns and monitor fragmentation quality.
- Plan daily drilling, blasting, loading and hauling activities.
- Monitor crusher feed requirements and production targets.
- Forecast drilling, waste movement and ore production needs.
- Monitor excavators, dump trucks and other production equipment.
- Coordinate equipment utilisation with the Quarry Supervisor.
- Conduct quality checks on blasted patterns.
- Work with the mine planner on drilling, blasting and mine design.
- Support drilling and blasting budgets and forecasts.
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental and regulatory requirements.
Process Aide
- Monitor plant equipment and conduct routine field inspections.
- Identify equipment defects and operational deviations.
- Troubleshoot raw mill, kiln and finish mill systems.
- Complete shift reports and equipment inspection records.
- Carry out basic maintenance activities where required.
- Support equipment operation during maintenance activities.
- Coordinate with mobile plant operators and contractors.
- Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping across production areas.
- Participate in safety toolbox meetings.
- Monitor plant operations against quality standards.
- Support turnaround maintenance and root cause analysis.
- Inspect equipment before and after use.
- Report faults and follow up on corrective actions.
- Support environmental and integrated management system requirements.
Sales Manager - A&C
- Execute sales strategies and action plans to achieve commercial targets.
- Identify business opportunities among companies, developers and home builders.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Monitor customer needs, complaints and feedback.
- Analyse market developments and provide business insights.
- Prepare regular sales performance reports.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Production, Quality Control and Legal teams.
- Promote value-added products and new product offerings.
- Coordinate sales activities across the assigned area.
- Negotiate prices, volumes and additional customer services.
- Represent the company at relevant industry events and exhibitions.
- Follow up on orders, deliveries, invoices and collections.
- Maintain accurate customer relationship records.
- Support credit assessment and debt recovery activities.
- Monitor sales and purchases against business targets.
- Promote compliance with safety and environmental procedures.
Requirements:
Customer Service & Planning Officer, A&C - Epe
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations Management, Engineering or a related field.
- 3 to 5 years' experience in customer service, logistics, planning or operations coordination.
- Manufacturing, construction materials, logistics or industrial experience is preferred.
- Knowledge of production planning, logistics, order management and customer relationship management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- ERP or dispatch systems experience is an advantage.
- Strong communication, organisation and problem-solving skills.
Customer Service & Planning Officer, A&C - Port Harcourt
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations Management, Engineering or a related field.
- 3 to 5 years' relevant experience.

- ERP or dispatch systems experience is an advantage.

Maintenance Training Coordinator
- Graduate-level qualification in Engineering, Science or Social Sciences.
- Minimum 5 years' relevant industrial or manufacturing experience.
- Strong coaching and facilitation skills.
- Good knowledge of applicable safety laws and regulations.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Knowledge of cement manufacturing processes.
Corporate Services Manager, North
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline.
- 5 to 7 years' experience in a similar position.
- Experience in corporate services, facilities, vendor management, protocol or events is an advantage.
- Knowledge of facilities management and the building or construction industry.
- Professional certification in Facilities Management or a related field is an advantage.
Mining Engineer, Ewekoro
- Bachelor's Degree or HND in Mining Engineering or a related field.
- 4 to 5 years' relevant experience, preferably in open-pit mining or quarrying.
- Practical experience in drilling, blasting and quarry production.
- Knowledge of blast design, optimisation and execution.
- Understanding of open-pit mining processes and safety requirements.
Process Aide
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- 2 to 5 years' relevant post-graduation experience.
- Cement manufacturing or similar industrial experience is preferred.
- Practical knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems.
- Knowledge of plant operating procedures and safety standards.
- Experience with mobile equipment such as forklifts and Bobcats is an advantage.
- Ability to perform physically demanding duties where required.
Sales Manager - A&C
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Marketing, Humanities, Social Sciences or a related discipline.
- Minimum 7 years' relevant sales experience.
- Experience in concrete, construction materials or a related industry is an advantage.
- Experience in technical sales and customer relationship management.
- Knowledge of construction materials and the construction industry.
- Strong negotiation, commercial and customer management skills.
- MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification is an advantage.
- Willingness to travel within Nigeria.
