Growthcooks, a marketing agency focused on tech brand content, is recruiting paid content creators to produce short-form video content for exciting tech brands across Africa. This is a fully remote role open to African creators aged 18 to 28 who are beginner or aspiring content creators looking to get paid while building their skills. Selected creators will produce 1 to 2 short-form videos per day from provided briefs and earn between ₦100,000 and ₦300,000 monthly depending on output and performance. No prior professional experience required — just a good phone camera, basic editing skills, and consistency.

Responsibilities:

• Create short-form video content from provided creative briefs
• Produce 1 to 2 videos per day consistently
• Maintain engaging, on-brand content for tech brand clients
• Learn and grow as a content creator within the Growthcooks creator network

Requirements:

• Aged 18 to 28
• African creator (Tech UGC focus)
• Good smartphone with a quality camera
• Basic video editing skills
• Creative, reliable and consistent
• Willingness to learn and follow creative briefs
• No formal degree or professional experience required
