The programme recruits across three subsidiaries and provides structured development, real business exposure, and a strong foundation for long-term careers in finance and investment management.

Responsibilities

• Participate actively in structured training and development programmes
• Support business operations across assigned departments
• Conduct research and analysis to support investment and financial decisions
• Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and client documentation
• Work collaboratively with teams across different business units
• Contribute to projects improving business performance and customer outcomes
• Develop technical knowledge across financial markets and investment services

Requirements

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Marketing, Statistics, Actuarial Science, Mathematics, or Law
• Minimum Second Class Upper (2:1)
• Graduate of a Federal University or any recognized university
• NYSC completed
• Not more than 26 years of age at time of application
• Strong academic performance and analytical capabilities
