Foundation is an AI visibility marketing agency that helps mid-market and enterprise B2B technology and SaaS companies generate pipeline through content distributed across LLMs, search, social platforms and online communities. The company is recruiting for multiple full-time remote positions across strategy, marketing, account management and content.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute B2B, GEO, AEO, YouTube and digital marketing strategies.
• Manage client relationships, project timelines, budgets and deliverables.
• Lead strategic planning, client presentations and performance reporting.
• Coordinate content, strategy, creative and operational teams.
• Identify growth, upselling and expansion opportunities.
• Develop and mentor team members where applicable.
• Create, optimise and manage SEO/GEO content across multiple client accounts.
• Analyse performance data and recommend improvements.
• Support YouTube strategy, content packaging, production and channel growth where applicable.

Requirements

• Relevant experience in digital strategy, content strategy, marketing, account management, SEO/GEO or content creation depending on the position.
• B2B/SaaS or technology experience for relevant strategy and account management roles.
• Strong analytical, communication, presentation and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with relevant tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, HubSpot, ClickUp, YouTube Studio, VidIQ or similar tools, depending on the role.
• B2B Strategy Manager: 5+ years in digital/content/multi-channel strategy and at least 2 years in a senior or oversight capacity.
• Marketing Strategist: 5+ years in digital or content strategy, editorial planning, SEO or Reddit.
• Marketing Strategist (YouTube): 5+ years in YouTube strategy, video content strategy or channel growth.
• Senior Account Manager: experience with B2B SaaS or complex client structures and project management tools such as ClickUp or Asana.
• SEO/GEO Writer: 2+ years of freelance or agency writing/content creation experience, with SEO and GEO/LLM SEO/AEO knowledge.
