FoodCo Nigeria Limited is a Nigerian multichannel retailer with interests across supermarkets, quick service restaurants, entertainment centres and manufacturing. The company is recruiting for seven full time positions across strategy, transformation, sales operations, finance, production, food service and risk control.

Responsibilities

Head Strategy and Growth

• Translate FoodCo's long term vision into enterprise strategic priorities with the CEO.
• Review business performance, competitive positioning and emerging market opportunities.
• Develop strategic options, business cases and decision frameworks for Executive Management.
• Identify new revenue streams, customer propositions and business model opportunities.
• Design commercial experiments and lead proof of concept initiatives.
• Evaluate strategic partnerships, acquisitions and adjacent business opportunities.
• Develop executive dashboards covering strategic KPIs, performance and enterprise risks.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams across Operations, Commercial, Finance, Supply Chain, HR, Technology and Marketing.
• Establish governance structures, milestones and reporting for strategic initiatives.
• Validate successful pilots and prepare them for enterprise wide implementation.
• Recommend strategic priorities, capital allocation and discontinuation of unsuccessful initiatives.

Deputy Senior Manager Transformation & PMO

• Manage FoodCo's enterprise transformation portfolio and implementation roadmap.
• Monitor portfolio health, dependencies, risks, capacity and delivery milestones.
• Establish and enforce PMO governance standards and reporting frameworks.
• Maintain transformation dashboards and executive reporting.
• Represent the Chief Transformation Officer at steering committees and governance forums.
• Track revenue growth, cost reduction, productivity and EBITDA improvements.
• Conduct diagnostics on delayed or underperforming initiatives and develop recovery plans.
• Facilitate cross functional workshops to resolve execution barriers.
• Standardise transformation methodologies and improve programme delivery.
• Produce weekly, monthly and quarterly transformation reports.
• Present transformation updates to senior leadership and the Board where required.

Sales Operations Officer LDP

• Support inventory management and maintain an effective sales floor.
• Deliver strong customer service and develop knowledge of FoodCo's products and services.
• Learn the full FoodCo value chain across procurement, production, stores and sales.
• Support retail outlet operations and solve customer problems.
• Build effective relationships with employees and vendors.
• Develop cross selling and sales skills.
• Participate in training and assignments across retail outlets.

Finance Officer LDP

• Learn bookkeeping, accounting and audit processes.
• Support financial analysis and product or branch viability assessments.
• Assist with risk assessments and internal audit activities.
• Prepare management accounting reports and financial records.
• Support research, filing, data entry and financial documentation.
• Assist with data analysis for internal and external audits.
• Support departmental budget preparation.
• Learn to use relevant finance and accounting software.

Production Offer LDP

• Learn food production processes including cooking, pastry and bakery operations.
• Follow standard operating procedures to maintain quality.
• Support production scheduling and timely product delivery.
• Assist with food safety, hygiene and quality control.
• Monitor ingredient and supply inventory.
• Support recipe and production technique improvements.
• Document production processes, quality checks and outputs.
• Learn production and inventory management software.
• Work with cross functional teams to improve operational efficiency.

Grill Associate

• Prepare and grill food according to FoodCo recipes and quality standards.
• Ensure food is prepared safely, consistently and on time.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the grill station and kitchen equipment.
• Follow food safety, health and sanitation procedures.
• Monitor food stock and report shortages or wastage.
• Handle and store ingredients properly to prevent contamination.
• Provide professional customer service.
• Support kitchen opening, closing and workstation setup duties.
• Work effectively with the kitchen team during busy periods.
• Follow company policies, safety procedures and operational standards.

Risk Control Officer

• Identify, assess and mitigate operational and financial risks.
• Support risk management policies, frameworks and internal controls.
• Conduct risk assessments and audits to identify process vulnerabilities.
• Monitor compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements.
• Assist with risk reports, dashboards and management analysis.
• Support incident investigations and corrective actions.
• Evaluate emerging risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Support process improvements and internal control activities.
• Use risk management tools to track, report and analyse risks.

Requirements

Head Strategy and Growth

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Engineering, Strategy or a related discipline.
• MBA from a reputable institution is strongly preferred.
• Minimum 8 to 12 years of relevant experience in strategy, consulting, transformation, corporate development or strategic planning.
• Experience with Big Four or Tier 1 strategy consulting, retail, FMCG, technology or private equity backed businesses is desirable.
• Demonstrated success leading strategic initiatives with measurable commercial outcomes.
• Strong executive influence and structured problem solving skills.
• Experience in corporate strategy, growth strategy, business model innovation, financial modelling, investment analysis, Agile delivery and cross functional leadership.

Deputy Senior Manager Transformation & PMO

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Accounting, Operations Management or a related discipline.
• MBA or Master's degree in Strategy, Project Management, Operations or Business Administration is desirable.
• Minimum 8 to 12 years of experience in transformation, enterprise PMO, management consulting, restructuring or operational excellence.
• Experience with enterprise wide transformation programmes and measurable financial outcomes.
• Retail, FMCG, manufacturing, consumer goods or multi site operations experience is preferred.
• Strong skills in PMO governance, portfolio management, programme delivery, benefits realisation and process improvement.
• Proficiency with Advanced Excel, Power BI or Tableau and project management platforms is advantageous.
• Strong executive communication, stakeholder management, commercial acumen and systems thinking.

Sales Operations Officer LDP

• Bachelor's degree or HND in a related discipline.
• Minimum graduating GPA of Second Class Upper or Upper Credit.
• 0 to 2 years post NYSC experience.
• Maximum age of 27 years.
• Strong problem solving and communication skills.
• Customer focused, people oriented and service driven.
• Willingness to take on diverse retail responsibilities.
• Demonstrated leadership potential and initiative.

Finance Officer LDP

• Bachelor's degree or HND in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• Minimum graduating GPA of Second Class Lower.
• 0 to 2 years post NYSC experience.
• Maximum age of 27 years.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong quantitative, analytical and organisational skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple projects.
• Strong attention to detail, integrity and communication skills.
• Proficiency in spreadsheets, databases, MS Office and financial software.
• Student membership of ICAN, ACCA or CFA is an added advantage.

Production Offer LDP

• Bachelor's degree or HND in Food Science, Culinary Arts, Hospitality or a related field.
• 0 to 2 years post NYSC experience.
• Maximum age of 27 years.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong organisation and deadline management skills.

• SSCE, ND or NCE.
• Previous grilling, kitchen operations or food service experience is an advantage.

• Willingness to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices is an advantage.

• Minimum graduating GPA of Second Class Upper or Upper Credit.
