Responsibilities:

1. Human Resources Associate, Lagos

• Manage recruitment activities in line with company policies and procedures
• Coordinate vacancy requests, job postings, interviews, assessments, medical checks and onboarding
• Conduct recruitment documentation, reference checks, guarantor checks and candidate verification
• Prepare and manage monthly payroll activities, deductions, benefits and allowances
• Prepare payroll variance, bank payment, pension, tax and statutory reports
• Resolve payroll enquiries, salary issues and employee payment concerns
• Coordinate employee incentives, HMO registration, uniforms, staff meals and welfare activities
• Manage employee incidents, grievances, disciplinary processes and appeal hearings
• Conduct performance appraisals and maintain employee records, files, leave and certification documentation
• Provide HR reports and recommendations to management

2. Investigation Manager/Counter Fraud Professional, Lagos

• Develop and implement strategies to prevent and detect fraudulent activities
• Conduct fraud risk assessments and identify areas vulnerable to occupational fraud
• Monitor transactions and operations for irregularities and unusual activities
• Lead investigations into fraud, theft, misconduct and policy violations
• Conduct investigative audits of financial records, operations and systems
• Use forensic accounting techniques to trace and analyse complex transactions
• Gather, preserve and present evidence for potential legal proceedings

3. Warehouse Supervisor, Port Harcourt, Rivers

• Manage the transportation, storage and delivery of inventory to production units, stores and regional warehouse hubs
• Identify cost-saving measures for warehouse storage and handling
• Monitor stock accuracy, stock picking and inventory movement
• Maintain zero stock losses within the warehouse and during transit
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and environmental guidelines
• Verify goods received against purchase orders and specifications
• Monitor warehouse security and implement measures to safeguard stock
• Supervise stock staging, loading and offloading activities
• Participate in cycle counts and monthly stock counts
• Maintain warehouse housekeeping and hygiene standards
• Provide regular stock position updates and support monthly stock reconciliation

4. Internal Control Associate, Lagos

• Ensure compliance with organisational processes, procedures and policies

Requirements:

Human Resources Associate

• University Degree or equivalent in Industrial Relations and Labour
• CIPM membership or another related professional qualification is required
• 2 to 4 years of HR work experience
• Knowledge of labour laws and HR process management
• Data analysis and Excel skills
• Performance management and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication, interpersonal, negotiation and coordination skills

Investigation Manager/Counter Fraud Professional

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Law, Criminology or a related field
• Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) certification
• Professional certification or membership of a forensic association such as CIFIAN or a similar body
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in fraud investigation, forensic investigation and investigative audit
• Strong knowledge of fraud detection, investigation techniques and risk assessment
• Proficiency in forensic analysis, data review tools and fraud prevention systems
• Knowledge of legal, regulatory and ethical standards relating to fraud investigations
• Strong report writing, presentation, analytical and investigative skills
• Ability to provide litigation support and handle sensitive information with integrity

Warehouse Supervisor

• University Degree, BSc or HND
• 3 to 4 years of relevant work experience
• Knowledge of ERP systems such as Oracle and Micros
• Proficiency in office productivity software
• CIPS, CILS, CILCS, CISCOM, Lean Six Sigma or related professional qualification is an added advantage
• Knowledge of inventory control, warehouse management and logistics

Internal Control Associate

• First Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field
• ICAN, CITN, ACCA, CIS or related professional qualification is an added advantage
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role
• Financial accounting skills
• Strong knowledge of audit procedures

Area Manager

• Minimum of a university degree
• Master's degree in Business Administration is advantageous
• Previous business development experience in the food or retail environment
• Minimum of 8 years of work experience
• Strong knowledge of the QSR industry and business
• Cost management, accounting and business planning skills
• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation and people management skills
• Ability to plan, schedule and coordinate effectively
