Data Tracking Officer

• Monitor and track truck and driver activities using GPS and fleet tracking systems
• Analyse tracking data and generate reports to enhance fleet efficiency and utilisation
• Coordinate the activities of Data Tracking Operators
• Install, maintain and troubleshoot vehicle tracking devices
• Identify, escalate and follow up on driver violations for compliance resolution
• Monitor tracking service accounts and liaise with network service providers
• Monitor validity of truck operating documents and advise on timely renewals
• Prepare accurate tracking reports for management decision-making
• Support initiatives to reduce accidents and improve truck turnaround time
• Requirements: HND or Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline | Minimum 3 years experience in Data Tracking, Fleet Monitoring or Transportation Operations | Experience using GPS and fleet management systems | Professional certification in Logistics, Fleet Management or Data Analytics is an added advantage
