Flour Mills of Nigeria Plc, one of Nigeria's largest food and agro-allied companies and the producer of the iconic Golden Penny brand, is now recruiting graduate engineers for its Exclusive Engineering Programme (TEEP) 3.0. This is a structured graduate development programme designed to transform early-career engineers into future operational leaders across manufacturing, production and Health, Safety and Environment functions. Open to B.Eng, B.Tech and HND engineering graduates who have completed NYSC and have 0 to 2 years of relevant experience, TEEP 3.0 combines hands-on industrial exposure with structured professional development inside one of Nigeria's largest and most established manufacturing environments. Candidates must be 27 years old or below.

Requirements:

• B.Eng, B.Tech or HND in Engineering from an accredited university or polytechnic (Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, Civil or a related engineering discipline)
• Must have completed the mandatory NYSC programme
• 0 to 2 years of relevant work experience, preferably in core manufacturing, production or a plant environment
• Must be 27 years old or below
• Relevant professional engineering qualifications or certifications are an added advantage
