Desktop Support Officer (Sunti, Niger State)

• Provide timely resolution of IT incidents and minimise downtime for end-user services
• Install, configure and support desktop computers, laptops, telephony systems, wireless networks, printers, scanners and mobile devices
• Diagnose, troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software and network-related issues
• Maintain desktop infrastructure through routine upgrades, patches, releases and hot-fixes
• Monitor endpoint security compliance including OS updates and antivirus definitions
• Document, log, track and escalate incidents in line with established support procedures
• Requirements: OND or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering or a related field | Minimum 1 year of desktop or IT support experience in a medium-sized organisation
