FirstBank is recruiting experienced banking professionals for its Retail Banking Recruitment Bootcamp. The programme is designed to identify and attract qualified Relationship Managers across Nigeria who can drive sales, grow deposit bases, and build strong client relationships in a dynamic retail banking environment. Relationship Manager – North Division (Job ID: 1787):
Location: Northern Nigeria
Minimum 3 years banking experience in marketing and credit
Relationship Manager – Lagos, South-West, South-East & South-South (Job ID: 1786):
Location: Lagos and Southern Regions
Minimum 5 years experience including at least 2 years in a managerial role
Source and onboard new customers while maintaining existing accounts
Market and sell banking products to meet customer needs
Monitor loan portfolios and detect early signs of default
Drive revenue growth and achieve set financial targets
Resuscitate dormant accounts and ensure zero inactive portfolios
Provide excellent customer service and relationship management
Supervise and support retail marketing teams (senior roles)
Ensure compliance with banking policies, procedures, and risk standards
Prepare timely reports and support business strategy execution
Minimum First Degree (B.Sc. or equivalent), business-related disciplines preferred
MBA or professional certifications are an added advantage
North Role: Minimum 3 years relevant banking experience
South Role: Minimum 5 years experience including 2 years in management
Core knowledge in financial advisory, credit/risk management, customer service, sales, and strategic planning
