Responsibilities:

State-Based Program Officer

• Lead or coordinate donor-funded development activities in the assigned state.
• Translate programme workplans into effective field activities.
• Support field implementation and monitor programme progress.
• Work with relevant stakeholders to achieve programme objectives.

State Sales Officer

• Drive commercial service implementation in the assigned state.
• Support sales growth and market engagement.
• Strengthen customer and market relationships.
• Contribute to sales performance and operational excellence.

State Coordinator

• Recruit, onboard, and activate Farmer Business Associates and other rural actors.
• Establish community structures for input distribution, aggregation, and advisory services.
• Lead deployment of the IrokoAI Extension Advisory System.
• Coordinate farmer training, Training of Trainers, and field coaching.
• Identify and onboard input suppliers, mechanisation providers, and financial service providers.
• Build relationships with government agencies, ADPs, and development partners.
• Drive revenue through partnerships, service delivery, and rural marketplace activities.
• Coordinate field operations, logistics, scheduling, and team deployment.
• Ensure accurate field data collection and regular reporting.

Human Resource Officer

• Manage recruitment, shortlisting, interview coordination, and onboarding.
• Maintain confidential employee records, personnel files, and HR databases.
• Manage attendance, leave, and staff movement records.
• Organise staff orientation and induction programmes.

• Experience with digital extension tools or technology-enabled agricultural programmes is an advantage.
• Ability to manage field teams and deliver against targets.

• Willingness to travel frequently across LGAs and rural communities.

Human Resource Officer
